Our House

Adam has been working hard on getting the outside of the house updated and looking better! It all started when he trimmed all the bushes around our house. He also built up the flower beds, by adding dirt, planted shrubs, and flowers. Added pots to the walk way up to the front door. Then he painted the front door, frosted the glass. Made a new street side for the numbers on our house. Then he built and painted shutters for all of the windows. Then he hung a star to add charm! It really made our house not look so dull! I am so greatful I have such a great husband and father! He is just so artistic and has such great ideas, to make everything he touches beautiful! Thanks you Adam! We Love you so much!

Brooke got braces

This is before and after shots of Brooke getting braces, she acually had this done before her birthday, but I forgot to post it... The close up picture of Brooke in the post of her 11th Birthday is only 2 weeks after she got them on and its already made a ton of difference!

Happy 11th Birthday Brookelyn!

Looking back I can't believe how time has flown! I remember when my little baby was born. She was born June 17th 1998. She weighed 7 lbs 2 oz and was only 20 inches long. I was so excited that she had red hair! I told Adam I hope my little girl has red hair! I think that was the 1st question I asked the minute she was born! Brooke has always been such a fire cracker! Even the doctor realized it when he came in to give her a check-up her 1st day, everytime the doctor touched her to listen to her heart, she screamed, after a couple of minutes he looked up at us and asked us what we were going to name her, we told him Brooke and he said "oh Babbling Brooke!" She has such a spunky personality! When she was little probably 2 or 3 years old, she got into a bit of trouble, and had to go to her room, she would stand in the hall, pulling her hair and yelling, I don't want to, then she would stomp down the hall and slam her door. Adam and I would just look at each other and say we are in for it when she becomes a teen! But she also has the kindest heart, she is such a great help to me, with my daycare kids. She is just so nice & is always so much fun to be around! She has lots and lots of friends, Her best friends are Maddie, Kaylee, Cassie, Lisia, Lexi. And lots more than I can even remember! We are so greatful for our beautiful and smart daughter! We couldn't be prouder!!!

Happy Birthday, Darleen, Mom, Grandma & ME!

My mom, my grandma, my sister and I all headed to the salon to get our hair done for our birthdays, it was a lot of fun being pampered!

My baby is just growing up to fast...SO that makes me old too!

This is Trevor at his advancement Program from the 6th grade. He is going to be in Middle school after this summer. I don't know why it makes me a little sad for the future. Because my son will soon be a man, before I know it, and because I feel like I've missed out on something! He's has just grown so fast! Is it being selfish to wish your baby would stay small, or stay in grade school longer? About 2 weeks ago, Trevor told us he needed some more tennis shoes, and showed us how worn out they were. So we took him to 3 or 4 stores before we found some he liked, I about died when he had to buy a size 10. Do you beleive it? I think they are a bit big, but still! I say cherish and spend lots of time with your kids, while you can, because next time you look, they'll be graduating from Highschool, or moving out to go to college...
